We endeavor to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so that you receive your product in the shortest possible time.In the case of purchases originating from outside Germany, import duties and import value-added tax may be incurred at the buyer's expense but are generally covered by Valuoar.

**Refund:**
Of course you have the legal right of return from receipt of the goods within the legal course of the country. Unless otherwise specified, Valuoar offers a return period of 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within this period.
