Shipping policy

*Shipping and return conditions**

**Shipping:**
All orders are shipped free of charge worldwide. We endeavor to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so that you receive your product in the shortest possible time. In the case of purchases originating from outside Germany, import duties and import value-added tax may be incurred at the buyer's expense but are generally covered by Valuoar.

**Refund:**
Of course you have the legal right of return from receipt of the goods within the legal course of the country. Unless otherwise specified, Valuoar offers a return period of 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within this period.

Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. To initiate a return, please send an e-mail to **service@valuoar.com** stating your order number and the reason for the return.

The T-shirt must be returned **unused and in its original packaging** to the following address:

After receipt and careful inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be made to the payment method originally used. 

**Important note:** Valuoar reserves the right to make deductions from the refund amount in the case of damaged returns, as the goods are no longer considered new in this scenario.

We ask you to pack the package securely and return it using a suitable shipping method. The return shipment is at the buyer's own risk.
