*Shipping and return conditions**

**Shipping:**
All orders are shipped free of charge worldwide. We endeavor to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so that you receive your product in the shortest possible time. In the case of purchases originating from outside Germany, import duties and import value-added tax may be incurred at the buyer's expense.

**Refund:**
Of course you have the legal right of return from receipt of the goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within this period.

**Important note:**
Valuoar reserves the right to make deductions from the refund amount in the case of damaged returns, as the goods are no longer considered new in this scenario

We ask you to pack the package securely and return it using a suitable shipping method. The return shipment is at the buyer's own risk.
